Noyan is a desktop voice assistant that helps users dictate, translate, and improve writing where they type. We design Noyan so that user writing content is processed to provide the requested feature and is not stored on our servers. History and text records, where available in the app, are stored locally on the user's device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

Local app data remains on your device unless you choose to delete it, reset the app, uninstall the app, or use a future sync feature that clearly explains how data is handled.

If you purchase a paid plan, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive and store limited billing-related information such as:

Noyan does not store your writing content or generated output on our servers as part of normal product operation. Processing may involve temporary transmission and processing by our systems and third-party providers so the result can be returned to your device.

You are responsible for deciding what content you provide to Noyan. Do not use Noyan to process highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with it being processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

5. What we do not store on our servers

As part of normal product operation, Noyan does not store:

• Your writing history on our servers
• Your generated writing output on our servers
• Your selected text or translated text on our servers after processing
• Full payment card numbers

We may store non-content data needed for accounts, subscriptions, support, abuse prevention, security, and usage limits.

Writing content and generated output are not stored on our servers as part of normal product operation. Local history and local settings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall/reset the app.
